Eclipse.org Home Page

Nathan is working hard to give the Eclipse.org home page a new look. In the discussion someone asked why we don’t switch to a complete different theme/skin. I hacked together a mock-up of the Eclipse.org home page how it could look like using the Lazarus skin (used by Mylar).
